Beautiful, signed (on the back) work of art entitled 'Neptune/Terra' by the renowned Dutch artist Elma van Haren. It is a colorful example of mixed media on paper with a multitude of figures (merman, crown, rooster, onion).

Elma van Haren was born in Roosendaal and is a Dutch poet and visual artist. She graduated from gymnasium at the age of seventeen, then studied for five years at the art academy in Den Bosch and left for Amsterdam a short time later. Her visual work is in the collection of the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, AMC, and important private collections in the Netherlands and Belgium . She was one of the artists of the exhibition BACKLIGHT in the SMAK in Ghent with, among others, Honoré d'O, Narcisse Tordoir, Ann Veronica Janssens, Gert Robijns, Jacques Charlier in 2010.

The work is not framed but is in a passe-partout. A beautiful abstract expressionist work of art that will excel in any interior!
