Exceptional, large antique jenever jug with engraved inscription 'Erven Lucas Bols Amsterdam. Is a stoneware gin jar with gray shard and orange-brown salt glazed. A beautiful cylindrical jug with round shoulder, short neck and very rare the original metal pouring cap. The jug goes back to the tradition of one of the most famous gin distilleries in the world, that of (Lucas) Bols. Manufactured in the late 19th century.
