Beautiful designer table lamp from the Birdie series designed by the Italian design duo Ludovica & Roberto Palomba for the Italian design house Foscarina. Made of aluminum and a white lampshade in space age style made of polycarbonate. Signed with Birdie's bird.

Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, architects and designers, founded Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994 in Milan. The Italian brand Foscarini was founded in Murano in 1981 by Carlo Urbinati and Alessandro Vecchiato. Murano is an archipelago northeast of the historic center of Venice and is famous for its glass art. Foscarini, specialized in design lighting, grew rapidly and moved to the Venetian mainland in 1994. Glass was no longer the focus, people switched to design lamps made of Kevlar or polyethylene
